These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 97pkr. Before processing any withdrawal, 97pkr requires successful completion of the KYC verification process, which includes submission of a valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent identification document and confirmation that the payment instrument used for deposit is registered in the same name as the 97pkr account. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframes requested by 97pkr may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97pkr login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your device. 97pkr will never contact you by any channel to request your password or full OTP code.
All activity conducted through your 97pkr account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole legal responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 97pkr immediately via live chat support so that protective measures including a temporary account lock can be applied.

97pkr applies a same-source withdrawal policy where practically feasible: withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, 97pkr may request alternative verification before processing to an alternative method.
All bets on 97pkr are accepted at the discretion of the Platform. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation notification within the 97pkr interface. Any bet not accompanied by a confirmation message should be treated as unplaced. 97pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, incorrect odds display, or manifest error in the offered price.
Where a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error on the part of 97pkr — including but not limited to prices inverted from their correct values, incorrect event selection displayed, or decimal place errors — 97pkr reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the Member's account. This right applies regardless of whether the relevant event has settled.
In-play and live betting markets — including live cricket, PSL live, and live casino — are subject to faster settlement windows and greater inherent volatility. 97pkr may suspend live markets at any time without notice to manage risk. Bets already accepted prior to suspension will stand unless the event is abandoned or void criteria are met.
All casino games offered through 97pkr — including slots, table games, and live dealer products — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or through live-streamed professional dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for all slot titles are displayed on the respective game information panel. 97pkr makes no guarantee of profit to any Member and all casino game outcomes are the product of chance.
If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before the minimum scheduled completion time as defined in the sport-specific betting rules applicable to that event, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 97pkr shall not be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary loss including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings attributable to platform downtime; losses arising from a Member's reliance on incorrect odds data subsequently corrected under the manifest error provisions; or losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access results from the Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
In no event shall 97pkr's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
97pkr is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can escalate from entertainment to a problem that affects their financial wellbeing and personal relationships. Where account closure is not attributable to Member fault, all confirmed Real Funds balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable administrative timeframe.
Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting 97pkr live support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 97pkr holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 97pkr platform shall first be submitted to 97pkr's internal dispute resolution process before any external legal proceeding is commenced.
To initiate a formal dispute, Members must submit a written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute, the amount in question, and the resolution sought. 97pkr will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Members may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 97pkr's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits 97pkr's right to seek injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances involving intellectual property infringement, fraud, or platform security threats.
97pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect a Member's decision to continue using the platform — 97pkr will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a notice on the platform and, where technically feasible, by sending a notification to the Member's registered mobile number.
Continued use of any 97pkr service after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using 97pkr services and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. The date of the most recent amendment is always displayed at the top of this document.
